Description:
This is a Competency-Based Diploma, commonly referred to as the Community Midwife / Traditional Gyne Assistant Diploma. The program is designed to develop practical skills through hands-on training rather than theory alone. Students receive structured training within a recognized institution and are assessed through formal examinations based on demonstrated competencies.
The diploma is specifically designed for the welfare of the community, with a strong focus on improving maternal and basic health awareness. It aims to strengthen healthcare support in rural and underserved areas of Pakistan, where access to trained health workers is limited. Certification:

Graduates of this program are not authorized to open, own, or work in private clinics, hospitals, or healthcare facilities. Their role is strictly community-based, focusing on awareness, support, and referral services within the scope defined by government regulations. Certification ensures that trainees work ethically, responsibly, and within legal boundaries for community service purposes only.
